About Us
Our Founder and lead instructor, Ross, has been modifying cars since 1992. He started his professional brand, Salt and Light Customs in 2009. After a few cars being featured in the SEMA show, he shifted away from custom work and into high line detailing with the creation of Rehab Detailing in 2013.
Rehab Detailing ushered in a new level of Detailing to the Cleveland area and incorporated several custom elements like vinyl wrap, airride, custom body kit installation and custom wheels. Now he oversees several businesses that have been launched as a result of the success of Rehab Detailing.
Gloss Boss Training Academy is a re-launch of the Rehab Detailing Training Center. We are building new facilities specifically for training and have produced nearly two dozen in depth training programs for everyone from the hobbyist to the 7 figure detailing shop owner. If you want the short cut to becoming the best, look no further, because we will be able to take you to whatever level you want to achieve.
