Coach
Ross E Miller is the Founder of Gloss Boss Training Academy and Rehab Auto Group. He oversees several businesses including brands such as Cleveland Custom Wheels, Rehab Detailing, S&L Customs and Cleveland Auto Reserve. He has been modifying cars and enjoying the automotive lifestyle for over 30 years; with several of his project cars making their way to the SEMA show and even to the Pebble Beach Concourse. Ross has been offering the highest level of detailing to the region since 2013.
Now it is time to give it all back! Ross is excited to begin sharing his immense knowledge of Detailing, Installing PPF, Vinyl Wrapping, Restoration Level Paint Correction and Ceramic Coatings, as well as how set up Branding, Marketing and sales in order to fill your shop with high-end vehicles from exclusive clients!
Ross will be joined by other industry experts in some classes, but rest assured that our goal is to makes sure that you leave with skills and knowledge that you can use the next day you go into your shop!
How It
Works
We structure our classes with a very solid mix of classroom learning and hands-on training in the studio. We keep our classes small to make sure you get ample time with the instructors so that you get to learn and practice these new skills. We spend time in classroom to make sure you understand why we do things the way we do, because in the real world, you have to adapt to the situation because every car, every client, every tempauture and humidity and every time frame is different!
